Bronx is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Bronx is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Things were good so far besides the passive aggressive attitude from everyone who works there. But I had an appointment tomorrow for 1:30 pm. I had this appointment for over a month now. They called me today to tell me to confirm for 9am.. I was confused and proceeded to tell them I will be in at 1:30 according to the appointment I already set previously.. the dentist in the background of the call yelling “I am leaving early tomorrow”.. now I have to wait over another month for my appointment because they choose to leave early and basically canceled my appointment because I refused to come in. I notice a lot of old and special needs patients. I hope they aren’t being treated like this.

Their dental clinic SUCKS, maybe not to those who are not aware and that’s like their go to for the day as a group. If you don’t mind about wait time it won’t bother you, staff is unbothered. Went there for a dental cleaning there was no dental assistant and the dentist was NOT IT! I should’ve just cleaned them at home like I’ve been doing, but I wanted I “professional cleaning” ended up face and shirt wet and dirty teeth no buffing no nothing 👎🏽 and then I read this about this clinic while I wrote this review, no wonder they was annoyed I was asking questions.

Went in to fill my cavities. I now have to go to several other hospitals to find out what’s wrong as the my left side of my mouth is still numb I think they damaged a nerve. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to their dentistry as they’re all trainees with one actual dentist that stops in at the end.

My Name is Latrell. I am a RN. I have a lot of my individuals that recieve care at Metro. The best Dr. Is Dr. Nichols. So caring, professional and consistent. She knows each one of her clients. The psych department is very good. Dental and podiatry as well. Neurology is the worst. My client medications can hardly be refilled on time. Her appointment was abruptly changed and needs her meds so she wont have a break through seizure. I've tried to get the nursing department to no avail. This is very serious issue. Do not go there for neurology..

All the staff there are so nice and yes for a little while they had an issue with their phones and you were on hold for awhile sometimes but they had the problem fixed. I Thank them all for making my mental health issues easier to deal with.. THANK YOU Jessica Conti
